SRM Project Officially Launched

On June 23, 2021, Eaglerise held the SRM Project Launch and Blueprint Briefing. The use of SRM will enable Eaglerise procurement operations to be "standardised, regulated and transparent", with full oversight of procurement processes and outcomes. Procurement personnel can reduce a lot of trivial work and focus on procurement strategy and planning, and the overall capacity of the supply chain will be greatly improved.
